Cancelation Policy: Our development sport sessions have limited capacity. For this reason, we request that you cancel at least 7 days before your scheduled day of camp. This will allow us to offer your spot to another player. You may fill out the Contact Form to request to cancel for camp or individual sessions.

 

Please note that cancellation refund amounts will be dependent on the individual situation surrounding the cancellation, the date of cancellation notice for the session, and/or if another participant replaces the session cancellation. 

 

Any session cancellations made within 7 or more days prior to the start date of a program, will receive a refund minus a 10% refund fee, upon guardians request. Cancellations within less than 7 days of the start of session will incur a 50% refund fee. No refunds will be provided once the program has started even if the participant fails to attend one or multiple scheduled classes of the session.

 

No Show Policy: All participants are encouraged to attend the entire session and finish the program, if failure to do so a partial or full refund will not be provided.

 

Behavior Policy: If the behavior from a participant triggers or causes a negative distraction to other participants and/or to the coach(es) during the session, the participant may be asked to do a different activity or to sit out during class. If the inappropriate behavior continues, the participant's parent/guardian will be contacted to discuss future participation in the program. No refund will be provided if a participant is expelled out of a program due to behavioral issues.
